Since people asked, here is the brief story (though I like interpreting it in other ways as well) ....
"Encamped in the desert on a long pilgrimage to a far away realm, a man stands at the boundary of his camp, looking out across the scenery with only a gentle breeze to keep him company. While the rest of his party sleep, a short distance away appears a faint light and he hears, what he believes to be, the distant call of his name. Stepping out from the safety of the camp, he founds himself curious about the distant echoing sound of an ethereal song which appears to be emanating from the faint light. As the light glows stronger, the vision of a girl appears amidst the light of small softly shooting asteroids and undulating clouds. She calls to him. Slowly, her song mixes with the sound of a sweet bird song and he comes closer. Ribbons flow from around her and pull him closer still. Surrounded by a swirling vision of flowers and birds that soar around him, the girl holds out her hand and presents him with a beautiful sparkling flower. Peering into it's centre, he can see all his dreams and wants coming true before his eyes .... mesmerised by the vision of her beauty and the promise of a life not yet lived ... he reaches out to take the gift ... Though he is only partially under her spell already, he will only be doomed once he takes the sparkling flower from her hand ... " I've had this on my comp for a while but made a push to finish it today. I wish I had planned the background better ... but what the hey ... what's done is done!  I hope you enjoy looking! Then .. I started to see it as less evil .. like a lost love or, as you say, a goddess. I think my first idea for it is the strongest, but it is open to everyone's interpretation.

Ok, now I want to know the story behind this! You've got a magical girl disappearing in magic blue swirly cloth with purple ribbon things, magic glowing balls, blue birds everywhere, and sparkly purple flowers flying every which way in the middle of a field at night, with a guy reaching out to here. There has to be something here! X3
The details are gorgeous and I love seeing them as always. I really like this style of yours.

Don`t mind me .. Just here to admire & comment on members work. My drawing qualities are poor so don`t expect anything from me in this category lol. One thing I do know though , I appreciate good work and I know what I like.
